Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge is looking for a highly-organized, motivated individual to assist clients with setting appointments and offering customer support for the service department. The role focuses on customer service, appointment scheduling, inbound and outbound phone and text communication, and supporting the service department to ensure a positive customer experience. Automotive or hospitality experience preferred. Full-time position, hourly pay with benefits available after 90 days.
