What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and assess vehicle damage to create accurate repair estimates
Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper claim handling
Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to maintain repair timelines
Provide exceptional customer service from intake to vehicle delivery
Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as an estimator in a collision repair setting (I-CAR certification a plus)
- Experience with Progressive Insurance (a plus)
Knowledge of CCC One or similar estimating software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
