Automotive Biller Part-Time

Are you an organized individual? Do you pay incredible attention to detail? Do you have prior experience working in an automotive dealership?

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is currently looking for an experienced Part-Time Billing Clerk to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive billing experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and need to be a team player. This job is 24 hours per week. The days are negotiable, but you must be available to work every other Saturday .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Breakdown-down and packaging of deals

• Billing Deals

• Enter Vehicles into our Verifi Inventory System

• Stocking in New and Used inventory into software (Tekion)

• Filing MSO's

• Processing DMV Registrations

• Processing all license plate issuing and transfers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Verifi
• Knowledge of OLRS NY DVM System
• Tekion Software Experience a Plus
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily\
• Detailed follow up
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work well with others
• Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development
