Job Overview:

The primary objective is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and input lease and retail contracts utilizing the Case 360 system. Verify contracts are in compliance with our Truth-in-Lending guidelines. Enter leases and retail contracts into the Contract Origination System (COS) and transmit to our portfolio system. (85%)
• Type discrepancies when there are errors on the contract. (10%)
• Type correction letters to the customers when there are errors on the contract. (5%)
  
  

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

• Accounting: 1 year
• Administration: 1 year
• Business-General: 1 year
  
  

Education:

High School Diploma/(GED) Is Required, Bachelor's Degree Is Preferred.

Skills:

• PC skills
• Corporate Mainframe
• Microsoft Office
  

Additional Skills:

• Moderate computer skills
• Multi-task between different programming systems
• Significant amount of attention to detail and must be able to adapt to frequent changes.
