Duties:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer interactions and sales records
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively explain complex products to customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in electronics or jewelry sales is preferred, but not required
