Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant and café operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and food safety
- Oversee ordering, inventory management, and vendor relations
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, and overall financial performance
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Support new menu launches, specials, and seasonal promotions

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills; able to coach and develop a team
- Hands-on, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and cost control practices
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Must be available to work weekends, mornings, and peak hours as needed
