We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong technical skill set in video editing and post-production. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. Duties

• Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product that aligns with project goals.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to perform video editing tasks.
• Enhance video content through the use of motion graphics, typography, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Conduct photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One to complement video projects.
• Manage content creation workflows within content management systems (CMS) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Participate in filming sessions as needed, providing input on shot composition and lighting.
• Maintain organized project files and archives using FTP protocols for efficient collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends in video production, graphic design, and animation techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Bridge, as well as Avid and Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in post-production processes including video editing, motion graphics creation, photo editing, and graphic design.
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D animation techniques using software such as Maya is a plus.
• Strong understanding of videography principles including filming techniques and equipment operation.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities through visual media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15, $30,000.00 per hour
