The ideal candidate is highly independent, skilled in navigating complex federal requirements, and able to interpret and negotiate contract terms, sponsor flow-downs, and regulatory obligations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and administer federal and commercial service contracts
- Manage full lifecycle from contract origination through closeout
- Interpret federal flow-down clauses, sponsor requirements, and conflict-of-interest regulations
- Assess contract risk and recommend compliant solutions
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve contract issues
- Maintain complete and audit-ready contract files
- Bachelor's degree
- 15 years of professional procurement or contract administration experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement laws and FAR/DFARS requirements
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 10 years in federal government contracting
- Certifications (CPCM, C.P.M., CPPO, PMP)
- Experience with technology or sponsored-program contracting
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Background check required
- Completion of Form I-9 and eligibility verification
- Ability to lift 20'25 lbs; primarily desk-based role
