Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader Job Description:
As a Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, you will:
- Assist -Assist the store General Manager in the success of daily operations
- Delegate - Delegate tasks so that the Mod experience is achieved and maintained for customers
- Share Your Knowledge – Lead by example and share your knowledge to encourage the team’s success
- Connections - Create meaningful relationships with the team (squad), the guests, and the community
- Celebrate - Set goals, coach with purpose, and celebrates the wins with the team
- Standards - Ensure the highest standards in the quality, safety and cleanliness of our product and environment.
- Role Model - A Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, also known as a Mod Squad Captain, will be a passionate role model instilled with the confidence to demonstrate MOD’s culture in all interactions

Requirements
- 1 year supervisor and leadership experience in a quick service or fast paced environment preferred (pizza experience is a plus)
- Passion for people – guest service oriented and team focused
- Available to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
