Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle washes using appropriate cleaning techniques to ensure a spotless finish.
- Conduct detailed interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including vacuuming, polishing, and buffing to restore vehicles’ shine.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to uphold a professional environment.
- You will also perform (non-mechanical services such as check tire pressure, fluid & gas level of the vehicles) in a timelyand safe manner. You will also identify and report vehicle damage.
- Support vehicle movement within the lot by safely driving and parking cars as required.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care, following safety protocols during cleaning and detailing processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the vehicle’s appearance.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific vehicle detailing techniques.
- Experience in car wash or detailing services enhances your ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for creating positive interactions with clients.
- Familiarity with driving vehicles within a lot or dealership environment is advantageous.
