At Crowne Plaza Riverside, part of Merani Hotel Group, our Room Attendants ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. We are seeking reliable, detail‑oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining the high standards that define our property.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare rooms, including bathrooms, surfaces, floors, and kitchenettes.
- Replace linens, towels, and restock guest amenities.
- Maintain supply levels on carts and in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance needs or unusual activity promptly.
- Follow lost-and-found procedures for guest items.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Friendly, professional guest service skills.
- Basic literacy to read labels and communicate job needs; English proficiency preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical stamina tasks including standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Schedule flexibility to include weekends and holidays.
Salary Range
- $17 - $20/hour - based on work experience
