Niagara's top rated restaurant is seeking a part-time event server to add to our team. This position requires you to multitask, care about details and work at a 4 Diamond level all while delivering memorable guest experiences. VQA Wine knowledge and cocktail assembly experience is a must.

All shifts will be in the evening and you should be able to work weekends and holidays as is required by our business patterns. You will need availability during the week and weekend nights. This is the perfect job to supplement your day career.
The successful candidate will bring to the table:
- 2 years of background serving in comparable establishments/position
- Cocktail assembly experience
- Demonstratable wine knowledge
- Experience operating POS and payment terminals
- Experience taking orders and serving events 12 to 50 guests
- Ability to maintain the proper steps of service as set out by management
- Above average food knowledge, cooking techniques, love for food and wine
- Current smart serve certification
- Ability to multitask under pressure and remember a multitude of details that are important to the guest
