Responsibilities include:
• Operates at the highest standard of quality at all times
• Dessert and pastry cookery experience
• Ability to butcher and cook a wide range of meats / fish
• Cut / clean / prepare vegetables for service
• Knowledge of classical French cuisine. Cooking to order of all menu items
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own work day
• Ability to follow a diverse set of recipes
• Closing / opening the kitchen
• Bringing a skill set that will make you successful in a fast paced environment
• Organizing weddings and functions
• Ability to clean and sanitize a workstation.
• Ability to use an automatic dishwasher
• Arrives in a clean / sanitary uniform for each shift
• Flexible attitude that helps you thrive in a complex kitchen environment
