Project Portfolio
You will play a key role in a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, supporting the following modules:
- PLM – Product Lifecycle Management
- HCM – Human Capital Management
- EPM – Enterprise Performance Management
- ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple IT and business initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Track progress, risks, and milestones to ensure successful execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors)
- Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices
- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance accountability
- Oversee project financials including budgeting and forecasting
- Handle change requests and ensure alignment on scope, cost, and timeline
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization
- Deliver executive-level presentations and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementations
- Strong experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Project / ServiceNow
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle
- Strong communication skills with C-level stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
- Exposure to JDE, MuleSoft, Snowflake
- PMI or other project management certifications
