Overview
Seeking a Senior DeltaV Controls Engineer to support design, configuration, and lifecycle management of DeltaV DCS systems in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement DeltaV DCS systems
Develop control modules, equipment modules, and phases
Configure DeltaV batch (ISA-88) and continuous processes
Support system upgrades, migrations, and expansions
Lead commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities
Develop and execute validation documentation (FDS, SDS, IQ, OQ)
Integrate DeltaV with PLCs, field instruments, and third-party systems
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with DeltaV DCS including configuration, programming, and troubleshooting
Experience with DeltaV Batch (ISA-88)
Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences environment
Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Experience with system commissioning and startup
Experience with control system upgrades and migrations
Ability to read P&IDs and support process automation
Nice to Have
Experience with PLC integration such as Allen Bradley or Siemens
MES or SCADA integration
DeltaV Live or advanced applications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
5–10 years of relevant experience
