Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Care Staff member, located in Mesa, AZ. The position involves providing day-to-day care and supervision for the residents in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, supervising and ensuring the safety of residents, facilitating educational and enriching activities, and serving as a positive role model. Collaboration with team members, adherence to individualized care plans, and consistent communication with supervisors are key aspects of this role.
