- Must be a current student in the Temple University psychiatry program, designated for rotation with Merakey Children's Services.

- Skill in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including funders, partners, community members, and government agencies, to foster collaboration, leverage resources, and advance organizational goals.
- Ability to navigate organizational change, lead change initiatives, and engage staff in the change process to promote buy-in, resilience, and adaptability in response to internal and external changes.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques, mediation, and negotiation skills to address conflicts and interpersonal issues among staff members, program participants, and stakeholders in a constructive and respectful manner.
