We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager at our Knights Road and Mt. Airy Avenue Sites in Philadelphia, PA.
Earn $44.74/hr,
Position Details
- Oversight and management of Clozapine Support Services offered at both clinic locations
- 1x per month clinic that includes administration of medications
- Entry of lab work into PA REMS (Riske Evaluation and Mitigation System)
- Follow up with clients, pharmacy and prescribers as needed
- Administration of Long Acting Injectables as prescribed
- Collaboration with prescribers for completion of Prior Authorizations and other medication needs
- Management of nursing offices including samples, medications and supplies.
- Overall support of client needs in relation to psychiatric medication support
- Position requires RN Manager to oversee two locations (2 days in 19154 and 3 days in 19119 each week)

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Active RN license in PA.
- Two years of nursing experience required.
- One year of experience in a mental health setting with adults required.
- Experience with Clozapine REMs and Clozapine protocol preferred.
