Schedule: 40 hrs/week. Overnights, 11 pm-7 am, including every other weekend.
Earn $17.33/hour or $19.33/hour by selecting the Enhanced Pay option.
Position Details
Our residential workers provide for the safety and welfare of all consumers in the personal care home (PCH) and community residential rehab (CRR) settings, supporting their mental and physical well-being. They carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process. This role will float between four residential facilities in Harrisburg.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time.
- Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
- Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
- Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.
