Schedule: 40 hours/week; 3 pm-11 pm, with rotating weekends

Earn $17.33/hour or $19.33/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay

Position Details

Our residential workers provide for the safety and welfare and support mental and physical well-being for all individuals in the community residential rehab (CRR) setting. They carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time.
• Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
• Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
• Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.
