The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work a mix of 2nd shift (3 pm to 11 pm) and 1st shift (7 am to 3 pm) with one weekend day required per week.

Psychiatric Technician education requirements:

• HS diploma or GED
• 1-2 years' experience working with individuals diagnosed MH/MR.
• Some college experience in the field is preferred.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our care team, you will:

• Facilitate therapeutic and engaging group sessions
• Provide supportive one-on-one interventions
• Supervise and mentor residents in their daily routines
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate as an essential member of the treatment team
• Complete daily documentation in our EMR system
• Support residents with additional tasks as assigned
