Merakey is seeking a Remote OVR Program Manager to lead programs supporting individuals in achieving employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania.
(Remote – Must Live in PA)
Pay: $30.45 /hour | Monday–Friday
Position Details:
- Oversee daily operations of OVR programs and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Lead, coach, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Manage referrals, service authorizations, and employment outcomes for individuals served
- Monitor program performance, track data, and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with OVR counselors, employers, and community partners
- Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and billing aligned with OVR standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee relations as needed

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in human services, workforce development, or related field
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
