The Program Manager plays a critical role in day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division. Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. This position is responsible for:
- Staff Management
- Client Care and Safety
- Program Operations
- On-call responsibilities for identified regions.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred:
- Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience in Human Services
- High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience in Human Services
- 1-3 years Supervisory/Managerial Experience
