Position Details
- Developing and demonstrating a collaborative work environment in support of Merakey’s Core Values.
- Creating a culture that fully engages employees and empowers others to suggest and make decisions for continuing improvement.
- Providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as requirements from payors.
- Overseeing the profit and loss for the program and managing daily operations.
- Maintaining productive working relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or similar health and human service-related field.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- Experience in the behavioral health field with:
- Two years in a mental health setting.
- Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Possess at least two years of program management experience.
- Valid PA Driver's License required.
