Schedule: PRN. After training, staff will be able to create their own schedule by picking up open shifts.

Position Details
Mental Health Workers support individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses by promoting safety, stability, and personal growth in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment.
- Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence.

Open positions in this county qualify for Pennsylvania’s Behavioral Health Higher Education Program (BHHEP), which offers candidates meaningful financial and career-building benefits. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- One year experience in mental health/human services preferred.
