We are seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA location.
This role is PRN (on-call) as needed.
Position Details
The LPN will be working in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility, with individuals with a mental illness.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Administer medications
- Monitor vital signs
- Assess for physical illnesses
- Educate residents on healthy living and medication use
- Oversee the medical health and safety of individuals living in Philadelphia residential sites.
This community-based position requires use of your own vehicle and a valid driver's license

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
- 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- 1 year of mental health nursing
- 1 year in a medical facility preferred
