We are seeking a Program Supervisor of Case Management to join our team in Wilmington, DE.
Earn $22-$26/hour!
Position Details:
Staff Supervision
* Communicates clear expectations to staff and ensures they have the necessary tools.
* Monitors staff performance and provides training and support.
* Documents attendance verifies weekly timesheets, and monitors leave and schedule adherence.
* Approves or denies leave requests and tracks FMLA usage.
Program Management
* Manages the daily operations of program(s).
* Assists in monitoring authorizations, when applicable.
* Implement policies and procedures as directed.
Program Development and Expansion
* Participates in marketing, development, and expansion of programs.
* Develops programs and proposals to broaden services offered.
Quality and Compliance
* Reviews care and treatment plans to ensure individuals are supported.
* Monitors program performance using key indicators and compiles requested data.
* Represents programs in meetings with County and State offices.
Quality Improvement
* Assists with developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
* Reviews and evaluates program goals, activities, policies, and procedures.
Other Responsibilities
* Performs all other duties as assigned, relevant to the position.
