Role Overview: Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities: Deliver preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care; monitor patient status; assist surgical teams; adhere to safety protocols; and document care accurately.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license; current ACLS and BLS certifications; operating room nursing expertise; proficiency in pharmacology; and successful completion of required exams and attestations.
Key Duties: Execute OR nursing skills, maintain compliance with safety standards, support surgical procedures, and ensure high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.
Requirements: Must meet onboarding prerequisites including ACLS, BLS, core exams, education attestation, and OR skills checklist.
