Role: A Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for providing rehabilitation services, assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families.
- Responsibilities: Develops individualized care plans, delivers skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders, evaluates and modifies treatment to meet patient goals, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Documents patient progress, sets realistic goals, and educates patients and families on therapy methods.
- Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
- Graduated from an accredited school with at least one year of experience.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the application process.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
