We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.

- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care through assessments, medication administration, and treatment monitoring
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Explaining procedures to patients, ensuring understanding, and addressing concerns
- Preparing patients for diagnostics, assisting physicians, and monitoring responses
- Maintaining safety, infection control, and documentation standards
- Facilitating discharge planning and advocating for patient needs
- Minimum one year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification; NIHSS and ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform duties, including moving equipment and assisting patients
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with attention to detail and professionalism
