Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Concord, NC.
Role & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Conduct assessments, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensure patient safety, document care, and facilitate discharge planning. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols while managing multiple patients efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Must possess critical thinking, strong communication, physical dexterity, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in English and basic PC skills are essential.
