- Deliver direct patient care to women in labor and postpartum.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs.
- Administer medications and assist with procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in labor and delivery.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required.
- Valid nursing license and certifications in the state of practice.
- Valid driver's license.
- Background check and drug screening clearance.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Support maternal and neonatal safety and well-being.
- Utilize clinical skills to manage labor and delivery processes effectively.
