Travel Nurse - RN - CVOR

Role: Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN)

Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect nursing care during cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeries, ensure sterile and functional surgical environment, assist with patient positioning, collaborate with surgical team, handle specimens, coordinate post-surgical care, and respond to intraoperative emergencies. Maintain proficiency in surgical procedures, prepare the OR, assemble supplies, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent 1 year CVOR RN experience
• Valid RN license and current BLS certification
• Preferred ACLS certification
• Critical thinking, strong interpersonal, technical, and motor skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and position patients
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
