Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC) for a full-time, in-person role in Fort Wayne, IN, offering $80,000–$85,000/year.

• Support individuals on their recovery from addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide education on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and healthy lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare and recovery teams to coordinate care.
• Respond compassionately during crisis situations.
  
  

Requirements: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; active Indiana licensure; experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred; strong rapport-building skills.
