Key Responsibilities
- Offer companionship and support according to personalized care plans
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical) as directed
- Help with personal care needs and daily living support
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands/transport as needed
- Observe, report, and document changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate, timely care notes and required documentation
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to seniors
- Ability to follow care plans and complete documentation
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Comfort providing non-medical personal care and daily support
