Qualifications And Skills

  • STNA certification required for STNA roles; no certification needed for Resident Care Companion
  • Experience in senior care preferred but not mandatory
  • Positive outlook, cheerful disposition, and genuine love for seniors

Key duties: Providing attentive, respectful care to enhance residents’ quality of life in a supportive environment.
