Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Assess and evaluate care provided by team members
- Coordinate patient care across departments
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained
- Perform duties consistent with organizational standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the respective state or jurisdiction
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required based on the unit
