Registered Nurse - Nursery and Postpartum - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse – Nursery and Post-Partum

Location: Highland Park, IL

Type: Full-time, 36 hours/week with weekend rotation and on-call duties

Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74/hour, based on experience; $25,000 sign-on bonus for those with 18 months LDRP experience

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the LDRP independently
• Utilize the nursing process for care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise and direct unlicensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• 1 year of acute care or labor/delivery/post-partum experience preferred
