Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a specific patient population
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Guide and oversee unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Contribute to safety, quality outcomes, and positive patient experiences
- Current IL Nursing License required
- Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience in nursing or CNA experience if a new graduate
