Role: Labor and Delivery RN

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based care to mothers and newborns throughout all stages of labor
  • Assist with vaginal and cesarean births
  • Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs and status
  • Manage postpartum recovery and care
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
  • Educate and support families during labor and postpartum
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in labor and delivery nursing
  • Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Knowledge of EMR systems
