- Building effective relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in managing health responses.
- Leading and collaborating with healthcare team members, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicating effectively and providing education on health maintenance and comfort measures.
- Serving as a mentor to colleagues and applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs.
- Performing point-of-care testing and other assigned duties, maintaining a safe environment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- One to two years of RN experience, depending on the role.
- Current valid RN license in the applicable state, along with BLS certification.
