- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult trauma patients in a progressive/step-down setting.
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize complex patients effectively.
- Manage telemetry and IV therapies to ensure patient stability.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care to support patient recovery.
- Perform timely documentation of patient information.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and conditions.
- Respond promptly to emergent changes in patient condition.
- Valid RN license with trauma or critical care experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and stabilization skills.
- Ability to manage telemetry and IV therapies proficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
