We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care in-office, via testing centers, or through telehealth.

- Conducting patient visits and managing a broad range of healthcare needs
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborating with both in-office and virtual teams
- Utilizing clinical skills to perform procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues
- Maintaining licensure across multiple states as needed for virtual care
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine with plans to obtain certification
- Licensed to practice in Washington, DC
- A passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication skills
- Proficiency with healthcare technology and evidence-based practices
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and openness to feedback
- Confidence in navigating complex clinical situations
