- Assessing and developing therapeutic plans to improve patients' functional skills.
- Administering diagnostic tests and collaborating with healthcare team to update care plans.
- Providing therapeutic treatments, instructing patients, and recommending adaptive equipment.
- Designing community reintegration activities and training staff/families in therapy techniques.
- Overseeing and evaluating therapy assistants and aides, documenting patient progress, and ensuring compliance with physician orders.
- Participating in discharge planning and acting as a resource within the interdisciplinary team.
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current, unrestricted OT licensure and CPR certification.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Preferred: Six months of OT experience, home health experience beneficial.
Salary : $85,400 - $117,500
