- Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
- Developing and implementing personalized care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Assuming patient care duties when necessary and fostering meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery.
- Current RN licensure as per state requirements.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or team lead, with responsibilities including issue resolution and accountability for patient and staff results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage staff effectively and build team cohesion.
