Role: Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on patient care in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities
  • Monitor vital signs and administer medications
  • Document care activities accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
  • Support and implement care plans under RN or physician supervision
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, service-oriented team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current licensure as a Practical Nurse
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare settings
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
  • Team player committed to quality patient outcomes and integrity
