- Administering medications and treatments, supervising Medication Aids when applicable
- Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes to ensure safety and comfort
- Supporting activities of daily living and maintaining accurate documentation
- Communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Adhering to infection control and safety standards
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Active LPN license in good standing
- IV Certification
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required
