- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collect, document, and monitor patient information, reporting changes in condition.
- Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.
- Perform additional duties as required by the facility.
- Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Recent PPD within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Per diem position with competitive pay of $37-$39/hour.
- Same-day or next-day pay options available.
- Flexible scheduling options and full-time hours.
- Local staffing support available during extended hours.
