Lead Therapist (Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Nutritionist)

We are seeking a skilled Lead Therapist (Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Registered Dietitian) to join our interdisciplinary team.

• Provide direct evaluation and treatment for patients with communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
• Mentor and support clinicians to promote professional growth.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for coordinated care.
• Lead quality improvement projects and assist in program development.
• Ensure clinical documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, state licensure, 3-5 years of experience, and strong pediatric expertise. The role offers a full-time position with salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000, along with benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and vision coverage.
