- Oversee productivity, patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels monthly.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, handle payroll, conduct performance evaluations, and support hiring and training processes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Perform specimen collection and preparation as needed, assist with new site setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At least 21 years old and able to pass a color blindness test.
- Phlebotomy certification or training preferred.
- Over 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
